Adam brings nearly three decades of recruitment experience and is seen as a trusted adviser through consistently addressing the C-suite management and leadership challenges for major providers, emerging corporates, not-for-profits and the investment community.

Luke is a Partner at Compass Executives, with a key focus on Director and C-Level hires across the Privately backed and Advisory Services health and social care communities. Having re-joined Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) in 2015, Luke has a wealth of specialist knowledge and a first-class track record of delivery.

Sam is the Group Managing Director at CRS, which comprises the Compass Executives brand. Client feedback has described him as one of the most knowledgeable, well-networked and tenacious executive search leaders within the health, social care and education private sector, Sam has built an award-winning business with an exceptional track record in the shape of Compass Executives.

Henry is Non-Executive Chair at Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS). He is a leading voice of authority for the private equity backed healthcare space, having held prominent positions in the industry for many years.
Henry was previously Chief Executive of LaingBuisson since 2016, and is currently Chair of Mansfield Advisors, Deputy Chair of the European Health Care Private Equity Association and Senior Consultant to Macquarie.

Geoff is a Non-Executive Advisor to the Board, bringing more than 35 years’ life sciences experience including over a decade in executive search and leadership assessment. A former Director at a leading Life Sciences executive search firm, he is Managing Partner of Newgrange Consultants – a leadership assessment and development business for C-suite leaders.

Sharon is a senior member of the Compass Executives management team. She brings career-long exposure to HR and executive search and is extensively networked throughout the health and social care sectors.

Dan Kiely joined Compass Executives in 2024 as a member of the Board & Leadership practice, supporting C-suite, board, and senior leadership appointments for the health, care, and education sectors.

Paul is a Director within the Finance & Commercial Practice at Compass Executives, typically supporting high growth, private equity backed business with their CFO and financial leadership requirements.

Tarquin Bennett-Coles is a Director at Compass Carter Osborne who is deeply networked within the life science industry. His focus is on senior leadership roles across the sector, from biotech, pharma and diagnostics companies to life science service businesses and healthcare consultancies.

Jamie is a Principal at Compass Executives, supporting the Board & Leadership Practice with C-suite and C-1 hires in the private healthcare and consumer health sectors.

Matt Dixon joined Compass Executives in 2023 as a Principal to enhance our presence in the Life Sciences sector. He has over six years of experience partnering with listed and PE backed Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Pharma Services firms across EMEA and North America with a focus on C-Suite and C-1 mandates.

Alex joined Compass Executives in 2024 as a Principal, bringing over a decade of search experience within the life science sector, having recently moved from a dedicated life sciences search firm. He will be focused on C-suite, board and executive leadership appointments for high growth, listed and investor-backed companies in the Pharma, Biotech and MedTech space across EMEA and North America.

Kieran is an Associate Director at Compass Executives where he heads up the research team. He has worked for the Executive Search arm for many years and manages our dedicated in-house research team. In addition, he personally delivers high level mandates across the health, social care, education and life sciences sectors.

David is Director of Marketing at Compass Executives. Having joined in 2016, he is responsible for all aspects of the marketing strategy, day-to-day internal and external communications and brand awareness for the Executives team, as well as full marketing ownership for all Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) brands.

Laura is Head of Design at Compass Executives. Joining in early 2020, she is responsible for all external content design so as to ensure a first-class brand experience for Clients and Candidates alike. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities for the Executives team, she also is responsible for all aspects of marketing design for all Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) brands.

André joined Compass Executives in 2023, following a successful 6 years experience of working within business operations across Corporate M&A and Healthcare. At Compass Executives, André supports the consultants throughout our research process to deliver C-suite mandates across health, social care, and life sciences sectors.

Richard is a Senior Executive Researcher for Compass Executives as an Executive Researcher following a highly successful 15 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant for the executive Accountancy and Finance markets. Richard’s experience spans both boutique services, and large-scale corporate organisations, where he developed relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ray joined Compass Executives in 2023 as Research Associate and supports the consultants with a variety of C-suite mandates throughout our research process and works across the Healthcare, Social Care, Education and Life Sciences sectors.

Michâela is an expert in creating highly effective communication strategies and partnerships. She is responsible for building the brand and designing engaging content relevant for candidates and clients. She prides herself with thinking fast on her feet, being resourceful and finding creative solutions to challenging problems.

Thom is a dynamic researcher, bringing a diverse background and distinct outlook to his work. His prior experience in the hospitality sector has sharpened his interpersonal skills and deepened his understanding of client requirements.

Aaron has a degree in Law from the University of the West of England. While studying at university, Aaron worked part-time as an In-Store Development Executive for Samsung moving to a permanent role with them once he graduated. He spent two years as an Area Development Manager taking his area from sixth in the region to second within a 12-month period. In 2022, he joined the world of IT Recruitment as a 360 Consultant specialising in IT Infrastructure for London. Aaron’s ability to develop relationships with clients and candidates has allowed him to confidently map a market and target candidates that evoke excitement in clients.

Having spent 25 years in recruitment, Becky is an experienced office administrator who works closely with the research and consultant teams to support the candidate journey. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensures that diaries are managed in a timely manner and that candidates and records are kept up to date.
