Joining in early 2020, she is responsible for all external content design so as to ensure a first-class brand experience for Clients and Candidates alike. Richard’s experience spans both boutique services, and large-scale corporate organisations, where he developed relationships with both clients and candidates.

Aaron Blackham

Research Associate

Aaron has a degree in Law from the University of the West of England. While studying at university, Aaron worked part-time as an In-Store Development Executive for Samsung moving to a permanent role with them once he graduated. He spent two years as an Area Development Manager taking his area from sixth in the region to second within a 12-month period. In 2022, he joined the world of IT Recruitment as a 360 Consultant specialising in IT Infrastructure for London. Aaron’s ability to develop relationships with clients and candidates has allowed him to confidently map a market and target candidates that evoke excitement in clients.

Having spent 25 years in recruitment, Becky is an experienced office administrator who works closely with the research and consultant teams to support the candidate journey. Her efficiency and attention to detail ensures that diaries are managed in a timely manner and that candidates and records are kept up to date.
