Meet the Team

Kieran has worked for the Executive Search arm for many years and manages our dedicated in-house research team. In addition, he personally delivers high level mandates across the health, social care, education and life sciences sectors. The C-suite mandates Kieran delivers typically cover Finance, M&A, Commercial, Change, Operations, HR and Non-Exec Board positions. These mandates are based in the UK, across Europe and internationally.

Across the last five years, Kieran has established himself as a well-networked, reliable and hard-working executive search professional, seeing some fantastic success in Board mandates across the Private Equity backed healthcare and social care industries – making him a go-to Consultant for all CFO and FD appointments.

Prior to joining Compass Executives, Kieran spent four years at a boutique finance executive search business, based in Central London where he delivered a variety of CFO, Finance Director and Financial Controller mandates across a variety of industries.

Kieran has a 2:1 in English Literature and History from De Montfort University in Leicester.

His interests include reading, WW2 History, rugby, swimming and supporting Ipswich Town FC.
