A comprehensive review of the sector’s executive leaders was undertaken before leading an engagement exercise to source the most relevant and high calibre options to present to the business.

Compass Executives were mandated by Mars Petcare backed AniCura to source an exceptional Group Chief Operating Officer who would be responsible for focussing on growth, transformation, and business integration.

The team were awarded the mandate as a result of the exceptional delivery within a further Mars Petcare portfolio company – and the team were able to deliver a further exceptional hire.

An accelerated process was run as a result of the nature of the profile presented to the business – considered a ‘high potential’ leader – with significant change management and growth experience, who would be responsible for leading a highly acquisitive strategy spanning more than 15 European countries.
