Compass Executives supported Novo Nordisk – a global leader in producing treatments for diabetes and other serious chronic diseases including rare blood, and rare endocrine diseases – to secure a LEAN Partner following several failed attempts through direct and local searches.
Following a period of neglect at the Kalundborg factory site, employing more than 2,500 staff, a LEAN Partner was required to reintroduce LEAN methods of working, which would subsequently be rolled out across other sites – requiring an experienced executive search firm to support this critical hire following several failed internal attempts.
