Compass Executives supported Novo Nordisk – a global leader in producing treatments for diabetes and other serious chronic diseases including rare blood, and rare endocrine diseases – to secure a LEAN Partner following several failed attempts through direct and local searches.

Following a period of neglect at the Kalundborg factory site, employing more than 2,500 staff, a LEAN Partner was required to reintroduce LEAN methods of working, which would subsequently be rolled out across other sites – requiring an experienced executive search firm to support this critical hire following several failed internal attempts.

Compass Executives were engaged by European Investment House, G Square Capital, to source an HR Director for Community Health Eye Care (CHEC).

This was a critical hire for CHEC, who were looking to secure an established HR professional who would act as a key member of the leadership development team, driving efficiencies within the business, set and deliver HR strategy and implement best practice at the organisation.

Compass Executives were appointed to source an interim Chief Financial Officer – originally on an interim basis which later developed into a permanent mandate – for Octopus Healthcare owned One Healthcare.

The successfully appointed CFO would be responsible for ensuring strong financial foundations from which a growth strategy could be realised, requiring a candidate with a proven background in the Private Acute industry who could demonstrate the ability to be hands-on, combined with strong exposure to private equity backed healthcare environments.

Off the back of the success in sourcing the Chief Financial Officer, Compass Executives were also mandated with a Chair requirement, as a result of the original Founder moving on from the business.

Compass Executives were approached by Schoen Clinic to appoint a Managing Director for all UK Operations, off the back of reading of our successful work within this market. Given the specificity of the brief, Schoen required a partner with granular knowledge of the sector, which Compass Executives were able to evidence this alongside a network of individuals who possessed their desired expertise.

Compass Executives were mandated by Bridges Fund Management following a successful competitive pitch to source a Chief Executive Officer as part of a new market entrant opportunity the fund were looking to embark on.

Owing to the complexity of the hire, a rigorous marketing-mapping service was undertaken as part of a highly targeted search, which resulted successfully in the appointment of a first-time hire of a new Chief Executive for the business.
