Chair
In November 2019, Compass Executives were mandated by Australian infrastructure fund AMP Capital to source a Chair for their portfolio business Achieve together. Achieve together are one of the leading providers of support for people with learning disabilities, autism and associated complex care and were formerly known as Regard and CMG before they merged.
Given the scale of Achieve together – a business providing support to over 2,000 people in more than 350 services across England and Wales, the successful candidate was required to have pedigree, capability and track record in the social care arena. Critically, the prospective Chair needed to have attributes that complimented a newly appointed CEO of the combined assets.
Compass Executives were hired for our significant “in sector” track record and were mandated to undertake a rapid-fire diagnostic of the sector’s leading Chair personnel before undertaking an engagement exercise to source the most relevant and high calibre options.
