Geoff is a Non-Executive Advisor to the Board, bringing more than 35 years’ life sciences experience including over a decade in executive search and leadership assessment. A former Director at a leading Life Sciences executive search firm, he is Managing Partner of Newgrange Consultants – a leadership assessment and development business for C-suite leaders.

Andrea Litovsky joined Compass Executives’ Life Sciences Practice in 2023, bringing 9 years combined experience in life sciences contingency recruitment and life sciences executive search, having worked at Korn Ferry and Coulter Partners in previous search roles.

Matt Dixon joined Compass Executives in 2023 as a Principal to enhance our presence in the Life Sciences sector. He has over six years of experience partnering with listed and PE backed Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Pharma Services firms across EMEA and North America with a focus on C-Suite and C-1 mandates.
