Matt Dixon joined Compass Executives in 2023 to enhance our presence in the Life Sciences sector. He has over six years of experience partnering with listed and PE backed Pharma, Biotech, MedTech and Pharma Services firms across EMEA and North America with a focus on C-Suite and C-1 mandates.

Example placements include, but are not limited to, Managing Director, General Manager and other P&L ownership positions. He has also completed VP searches in Strategy, Commercial, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory and Technical Operations functions.
