Meet the Team

Ray joined Compass Executives in 2023 as Research Associate. Prior to joining Compass Executives, he was Research Executive for an international technology executive search organisation; predominantly for fast-growth enterprise software and SaaS companies globally, specialising in attracting and hiring senior leadership talent. At Compass Executives, Ray supports the consultants with a variety of C-suite mandates throughout our research process and works across the Healthcare, Social Care, Education and Life Sciences sectors.

Ray holds an MSc in Accounting and Data Analytics, where he focused on applications of artificial intelligence in stock market decision making, and a BA in Hospitality Management with Tourism from the University of Portsmouth.

Outside of Compass Executives, Ray is an avid climber, an “average” ice skater, and a street photographer.
