Paul is a Senior Associate within the Finance & Commercial Practice at Compass Executives, typically supporting high growth, private equity backed business with their CFO and financial leadership requirements.

Kieran is an Associate Director at Compass Executives where he heads up the research team. He has worked for the Executive Search arm for many years and manages our dedicated in-house research team. In addition, he personally delivers high level mandates across the health, social care, education and life sciences sectors.

Laura is Design Manager at Compass Executives. Joining in early 2020, she is responsible for all external content design so as to ensure a first-class brand experience for Clients and Candidates alike. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities for the Executives team, she also is responsible for all aspects of marketing design for all Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) brands.
