Meet the Team

Laura is Design Manager at Compass Executives, responsible for all external content received by both Clients and Candidates on all executive-level mandates. This includes, not limiting to, candidate packs, client progress reports, submission documents; post-analytics summaries; proposals and other value-add pieces of content which ensures all consumers of Compass Executives’ brand are given a outstanding customer service.

Laura has achieved Chartered Marketer status after completing her Certificate in Professional Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and has a number of years’ experience in a marketing capacity before joining the business in early 2020.

In addition to her Compass Executives responsibilities, Laura is responsible for the marketing design of the other Compass brands.

In her spare time, she can often be found walking her dogs, talking about her dogs, or developing her creative expertise.
