Sam is the Group Managing Director at CRS, which comprises the Compass Executives brand. Client feedback has described him as one of the most knowledgeable, well-networked and tenacious executive search leaders within the health, social care and education private sector, Sam has built an award-winning business with an exceptional track record in the shape of Compass Executives.

Luke is a Partner at Compass Executives, with a key focus on Director and C-Level hires across the Privately backed and Advisory Services health and social care communities. Having re-joined Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) in 2015, Luke has a wealth of specialist knowledge and a first-class track record of delivery.

Mark joined Compass Executives in 2023, bringing over 25 years of executive recruitment experience. He has advised a wide variety of organisations across the independent healthcare sector, successfully appointing Non-Executive, C-Suite and senior functional leaders who have made positive contributions to their organisations. Whilst Mark has an extensive network within the sector, many successful appointments have been sourced from different industries.

Dan Kiely joined Compass Executives in 2024 as a member of the Board & Leadership practice, supporting C-suite, board, and senior leadership appointments for the health, care, and education sectors.

Jamie is a Principal at Compass Executives, supporting the Board & Leadership Practice with C-suite and C-1 hires in the private healthcare and consumer health sectors.

Richard is a Senior Executive Researcher for Compass Executives as an Executive Researcher following a highly successful 15 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant for the executive Accountancy and Finance markets. Richard’s experience spans both boutique services, and large-scale corporate organisations, where he developed relationships with both clients and candidates.

Laura is Design Manager at Compass Executives. Joining in early 2020, she is responsible for all external content design so as to ensure a first-class brand experience for Clients and Candidates alike. In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities for the Executives team, she also is responsible for all aspects of marketing design for all Compass Recruitment Solutions (CRS) brands.
