Meet the Team

André joined Compass Executives in 2023, following a successful 6 years experience of working within business operations across Corporate M&A and Healthcare.

At Compass Executives, André supports the consultants throughout our research process to deliver C-suite mandates across health, social care, and life sciences sectors.

André holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Psychology from Bournemouth University where he specialised in qualitative research methods and studied the challenges faced by dental providers in treating patients with dental phobia. He is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Association for Business Psychology.

In his spare time, André enjoys spending time with his family, visiting Cornwall, and reading biographies.
