Compass Executives partnered with Octopus Healthcare to source two Board hires in the form of a Chief Executive Officer, and a Finance Director, for their retirement communities business; Rangeford Villages.

Compass Executives were appointed to source a new Chief Operating Officer for Signature Senior Lifestyle – owned by Rivera Living. The new COO would be responsible for all aspects of operations, to lead the business through the next stage of its development plans.

Sam Leighton-Smith and the Compass Executives team were mandated by Livingbridge owned, Helping Hands to source a Chief Operating Officer. A robust search was undertaken which included a programme targeting individuals both in and outside the healthcare space, and after a three-stage process there was a unanimous viewpoint from the stakeholder panel on who should be appointed.
