Louise joined Compass Executives in early 2022 where she has been focusing on growing the People & Culture practice through C-suite, Board and other critical senior appointments.
With a background as an accountant in practice and having over 15 years of recruitment experience managing teams in commerce, and the third sector whilst delivering on senior mandates. Louise’s most recent search mandates have been across the C-Suite roles within Life Sciences both private equity backed, big pharma and start-up businesses, as well as advising the Exec Boards on Board composition in the Non-Exec arena. Having curated her most recent career in the Life Sciences sector both in Europe and the US she is well placed to advise clients at all stages of their corporate development. Louise is also AAT qualified, and a Finalist ACCA.
Outside of work, Louise spends time dog walking, running, playing tennis and doing reformer pilates.
