Meet the Team

Andrea joined Compass Executives’ Life Sciences Practice in 2023, bringing 9 years combined experience in life sciences contingency recruitment and life sciences executive search, having worked at Korn Ferry and Coulter Partners in previous search roles.

With a focus primarily on neurological diseases and neuropsychiatric conditions, Andrea’s clients include those specialising in research and drug development programmes, plus medical device and digital health innovations in neurotechnology, mental health technology and behavioural therapy services. Andrea has conducted numerous global searches for talented leaders in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, and Vendor industries, ranging from privately owned, VC backed, to Listed organisations. Well-versed in qualitative and quantitative research models, Andrea applies close collaboration with clients to ensure succession planning initiatives are implemented, and builds culturally diverse talent pools to mirror client’s internal ED&I policies.

Andrea holds an MBA, and a BSc. (Hons) in Psychology, alongside an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the CIPD.
