Mark Iliffe, BSc. (Hons) – Associate Director

Mark Iliffe brings over 25 years of recruitment experience, operating at a senior level as an executive search consultant since 2006.

For much of that time, he has had a focus on advising leaders within a wide variety of organisations connected to the Independent Healthcare sector. Whilst Mark has an extensive network within the sector, many successful appointments have derived from different industries.

Mark will be joining our Board & Leadership Practice with a focus on the Independent Healthcare sector.

Andrea Litovsky MBA, BSc. (Hons), CIPD – Senior Associate

Andrea brings over 9 years of combined experience in life sciences contingency recruitment and life sciences executive search. She has experience working at Korn Ferry and Coulter Partners in previous search roles.

With a focus primarily on neurological diseases and neuropsychiatric conditions, Andrea’s clients include those specialising in research and drug development programmes, plus medical device and digital health innovations in neurotechnology, mental health technology and behavioural therapy services.

Andrea will join our Life Sciences Practice to continue focusing on neurological diseases and neuropsychiatric conditions.

Jamie Barker BSc (Hons) – Associate

With more than five years of experience in supporting privately owned, and private equity-backed healthcare businesses with senior hires and leadership appointments, Jamie has an established track record of delivery spanning Operational, Commercial, Clinical and Strategic leadership mandates.

Prior to successfully transitioning into the Compass Executives search offering, Jamie held a senior role within the senior management team of sister brand, Compass Associates in the Manchester Healthcare division.

Jamie joins the Compass Executives Board & Leadership Practice with a focus on C-suite and C-1 hires in the Private Healthcare and Consumer Health Sectors.
