Compass Executives were mandated a further critical hire by the Board, to source an exceptional Finance Director who would be responsible for oversight of all UK operations, as well as being responsible for leading on all aspects of financial performance based on the planned and anticipated growth in line with the wider business strategy.

This was the second Board-level hire made by the Compass Executives team with Schoen Clinic.
