About our Client

Our client is a market leading provider of Specialist Care across the UK , providing a variety of solutions to their clients with a sharp focus on specialisation, quality, and clinical outcome measurement. PE-backed since 2020, the organisation is seeking to go through a transaction in the next  24 – 36 months.

About the People Director role

To lead on all people and HR aspects of the company. You will be responsible for business partnering the CEO and peers across the Executive Leadership team and driving efficiencies, setting and delivering HR strategy and implement best practice. You will lead and motivate a team of HR professionals to support the commercial agenda of the business
