About the Client

The business was founded as a start-up by an investor and has grown to nearly £30m annual revenue. Our client is excited and committed to delivering the next phase of growth with the next transaction likely to take place in 18 months with vision to grow the business from 2024 – 2029.

About the Chief Executive Officer Role

As the business continues to scale and enhance its provision, the board are looking to appoint a new CEO to lead the highly accomplished executive team into the next phase of growth to direct their presence in the B2B space, and to continue to drive innovation.

Skills & Experience Required

• SME leadership – experience in leading an executive team as CEO, MD or GM and success in scaling and delivering growth for small and medium sized businesses.
• Healthcare delivery – experience managing the delivery of a clinical service in a multisite environment, and exposure to the challenges that this entails.
• Clinical excellence – experience operating under a clinical regulator and be able to bring a patient-centric perspective to the senior leadership team and wider business.
• B2B, B2C and Insurer engagement – experience across both B2B and B2C markets.
• Private equity – exposure to private equity backed business, preferential to have led a business through a transaction event.
