About our Client

Our client is a market leading provider of health care services, providing a variety of solutions to their clients. PE-backed since 2020, the organisation is seeking to go through a transaction in the next 2 – 3 years.

About the Chair Role

The Chair’s role is to ensure that the board is effective in its legal duties and in helping to steer strategy. Additionally, the Chair will play a significant role in driving the exit of the current investors in 2 – 3 years’ time.
