Chief Executive Officer | PE-Backed Social Care Provider

Compass Executives have been exclusively retained on a mandate to recruit a CEO for a PE-backed, social care provider.

About our Client

Our client is one of the leading providers across the UK, providing services and solutions that enable people to live at home and out of more acute forms of care for longer. Their range of services are provided via long-term outsourced contracts held with Social Care or the NHS. PE-backed since 2019 has enabled our client to continue to grow and secure contracts.

About the CEO Role

To design a Value Creation Plan (VCP) and associated business strategy which will direct the business priorities and activities to deliver the investment case. In collaboration with the leadership team, lead the implementation of the VCP and business strategy through to successful exit.

Skills/Experience Required

• Experienced C-Suite leader, likely to have minimum five years’ experience in similar roles.
• Have successfully led and grown a multi-service, multisite supplier to the NHS or wider Public Service Sector.
• Have extensive experience in bidding for and managing Public Service contracts.
• Have extensive experience in optimising operational performance within contracts including creating a culture of sharing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth through team and operational excellence.
