Compass Executives have been exclusively retained on a mandate to recruit a CEO for a PE-backed healthcare services group.  

About our Client

The business was founded as a start-up by an entrepreneur and has grown to nearly £50m annual revenue. Our client is excited and committed to delivering the next phase of growth with the next transaction likely to take place in 18 months with the vision to grow the business from 2024 – 2029.

About the CEO Role

As the business continues to scale and enhance its provision, the board are looking to appoint a new CEO to lead the highly accomplished executive team into the next phase of growth to direct their presence in the B2B space and to continue to drive innovation.

Skills/Experience Required

• SME leadership – experience in leading an executive team as CEO, MD or GM and success in scaling and delivering growth for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Healthcare exposure – experience managing the delivery of healthcare services (non-clinical) in a multisite environment, and exposure to the challenges that this entails.
• B2B, B2C and Insurer engagement – experience across both B2B and B2C markets.
• Private equity – exposure to private equity-backed business, preferential to have led a business through a transaction event.
