ARCO Summit | Operational Management | Conference

Senior Associate, Ben Westcott, is attending the Operational Management Summit being run by ARCO focussing on addressing the key issues involved in running and operating successful retirement communities over the long term.

It will look in detail at recruitment and retention, focussing on finding the right middle managers and career progression, and technological developments, including dedicated retirement community software and implementing the new General Data Protection Regulations. The Summit will also discuss – a focus for ARCO for 2018 – end of life care with discussion on how intelligent design, chat bots and nudge theory can create opportunities for living even while dying.
