Compass Executives are pleased to announce the creation of a brand new Corporate Services Practice. Spear-headed by Abigail Hobden-Bada, off the back of increased and anticipated continued demand from clients, for senior HR professionals.

In the aftermath of COVID-19, Investors and Providers alike have seen the benefit of a high-functioning, competent HR team in place to manage and drive forward a clear people strategy. Having these processes in place helps to navigate even the most uncertain of times. As such, in the past three months Compass Executives have observed a marked increase in mandates – typically Chief People Officer, HR Director, or Chief HR Officer – to address this.

Head of Corporate Services Practice, Abigail Hobden-Bada has a long and successful background in search across the “people” leadership spectrum. This includes helping to build teams internationally across multiple disciplinaries. She is also CIPD qualified.

She has had an immediate impact with several key appointments across both the Private Equity backed, and Not-for-Profit health and social care sectors with clients and candidates. Both observing her innate understanding of the industry, it’s challenges, and balanced approach to the executive search process.
