Compass Executives are delighted to announce that we have won the prestigious Recruiter Award at the LaingBuisson Awards 2019 as part of Compass Holding Group.

With over 1,000 attendees on the night, the LaingBuisson Awards recognise excellence within the healthcare and social care sector, judging focused on the people providing care as well as advisors.

Director, Sam Leighton-Smith was thrilled with the win, commenting:

The business are hugely proud to have won this award in the first year of entering. The judges fed back that the strong financial performance of the company is reflected in the high quality service provision which was one of the key stand-out factors in being awarded the accolade.
