In April 2021, Compass Executives were approached by Clearbrook Capital Partners – the majority investment shareholder of Integrum Care Group – regarding a replacement hire for outgoing Founding Chief Executive, Julian Ball, who would be moving into a Non-Executive Director capacity.

Following a previously unsuccessful search, Clearbrook needed an executive search firm who had the knowledge, network and track record of delivery to ensure they could secure a Chief Executive Officer at pace, given lost time. The candidate would have the calibre and capability to lead the business through a medium term refinance and then lead the ensuing investment cycle.

Compass Executives were able to draw upon our intricate knowledge of available talent on the market who met the criteria of having regional expertise within the Elderly Care sector, as well as the Private Equity background to be able to navigate the forthcoming exit, and new investment cycle post-exit. The entire process, from initial engagement, through to start date, was completed in less than six weeks.
