Compass Executives were engaged by Hengrui Therapeutics to source a Vice President – Head of European Research Centre, Biological Drug Discovery to be responsible for building a preclinical discovery science lab in Switzerland – focusing on new innovations in protein engineering and multi-specific antibody research.
An international research-based search was conducted with more than 150 relevant candidates targeted throughout the EU. A three-stage interview process was conducted including validation by the Senior Management Team based in both Shanghai and New Jersey, resulting in the first time appointment of the identified candidate within 5 weeks of the process commencing.
