In September 2021, Compass Executives were mandated by EnableAll – a start-up eCommerce venture looking to address the digital inequalities that exist for 22% of the world’s population in terms of accessibility to the online marketplace.
Owing to financially backing from opco, CareTech Holdings PLC, the organisation was looking to appoint a CEO designate who would be responsible for accelerating the launch of the platform in time for a significant industry event.
The successful candidate needed to have an established eCommerce background, with strong expertise for planning channels to market, demonstrable commercial expertise, and be an exceptional communicator in order to communicate complex technical considerations to senior stakeholders.
