Award-winning Back Office Support Team
Compass Executives are thrilled to announce that our Business Support team operating within the wider Compass Holding Group brand won Back-Office Support Team of the Year at the IRP Awards 2018.
The IRP Awards celebrate the best practice of individuals and companies across the Executive Search and Recruitment sectors, and this year marked the 10th anniversary of the awards. The Institute of Recruitment Professionals is the industry standard by which Recruitment organisations are held accountable to, being the industry’s Regulatory Body.
Director of HR & Communications, Kate Fairbrother, and Head of Marketing & Communications, David Bland attended the ceremony at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London.
The Compass Holding Group Back-Office team currently support 72 employees; 61 of which are billing Consultants (correct as of October 2018) – whilst the team itself has a combined length of service of more than 29 years.
Our win is a result of the continued dedicated support to the Compass Holding Group brands across the team as a whole. In addition to the management of all advertising, marketing, events, HR and Web presence across both Compass Executives and Compass Associates, in the last year the team have launched a new brand: Compass Corporate Services (CCS – Compass’s HR, Finance and Support Services recruitment branch) – as well as winning HealthInvestor’s Recruiter of the Year 2017.
