Compass Executives are exclusively mandated to source a Chief Executive Officer for a UK equity backed Children’s Nursery platform. This is an acquisitive play with capital set aside to expand the portfolio and ultimately look to exit via trade or MBO.

The head office is to be decided and will be tailored to the appointment. Candidates will be able to evidence a track record of success within a regulated environment, have a history of M&A, integration of services and above all a dedication to quality outcomes. High levels of commerciality aligned with interpersonal skills are a must.
